5. Bonuses and Promotions

- Bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in days from issuance. Any unplayed or un-wagered bonus that expires will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
- 756bet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of fraudulent activity.
6. Game Rules, Betting, and Dispute Resolution
All games available on the 756bet Platform are operated according to the individual rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
Clause 6.1 â Bet Settlement
Final Settlement of Wagers
All bets are final once confirmed. 756bet will not reverse, cancel, or adjust a confirmed wager except in cases of a proven technical error attributable solely to the Platform. For sports betting markets, results are settled according to official sources within 24 hours of the relevant event concluding. In the event of a dispute over a settlement result, the Company's decision, made in good faith and based on official records, shall be final.
Clause 6.2 â Technical Malfunctions
System Errors and Interrupted Games
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, 756bet reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No additional compensation will be payable. 756bet is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

How to Raise a Dispute

Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. 756bet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
7. Responsible Gaming, Account Closure, and Termination
756bet takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. Players may apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporarily suspending the account for a defined period), and permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support or through the account settings panel.
Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude are strictly prohibited from attempting to re-register under a different identity or device. Any account identified as a circumvention of self-exclusion will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The player may close their account voluntarily by contacting support, provided there are no pending withdrawals or active bonus wagering requirements. 756bet may close a player account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at the Company's reasonable discretion. On voluntary closure with a clear account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Age Restriction: Access to and use of the 756bet Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage and to close accounts where this requirement cannot be confirmed.
8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 756bet excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
